Joseph Smith Allen

In 1911, Andrew A. Allen wrote a brief autobiographical sketch, attesting "in 1850 coming with my parents to Utah." This confirms emigration information about the Allens published in "Pioneers and Prominent Men."  The family's arrival in Utah in 1850 is mentioned in his obituary.
