Joseph Thompson Cheney

Evidence from census records proves that Joseph traveled to Utah by 1850.  It is likely that he traveled with his sister Elizabeth Cheney Bell because they were living in the same household at the time of the 1850 Utah census. Further research is needed to determine the name of the company with which he traveled.
