Although Joseph is not directly listed in the memorandum book, his brother, Thomas, purchased enough food rations for three people. According to Mormon Migration Anne, Joseph, and Thomas traveled together from Liverpool to New York aboard the Colorado. Annie is the wife of Thomas.
