Katrine Jensen

Wife of Hans Rasmus Larsen.  Hans and his family crossed the Atlantic from Liverpool to New Orleans on the ship Benjamin Adams in 1854.  A daughter (Dorthea) may have died at sea, but certainly before early 1856. The family crossed the plains in 1854 or 1855.  "Catherine" and Hans appear in the 1856 Utah Territorial census in Cedar City.  Further research is needed to identify the name of the pioneer company with which the family traveled.
