Kirsten Johnson

Her death certificate shows her name as "Kisty Johnson Larsen."  It confirms her death date, but her birth date is incorrect.  In her application for membership in the Daughters of Utah Pioneers, she wrote that she was born on 22 November 1848.  (See the document in the  "Memories" section of her FamilySearch record,  https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/memories/KWN5-3ZX) 

The 1860 Utah census also shows her name as "Kisty Johnson."
