We believe that is referring to Kirsten Knudsen who is said to have married her husband, Bendt Nielsen, in route on the same day. More research needs to be done to verify this as well as verify her voyage to the United States.
Kirsten purportedly traveled with her brother, Jorgen Knudsen, on the trail.
She may be listed as Christen Jorgensen on the voyage of the Benjamin Adams. Her brother sailed on the same ship.
