Kirsten Marie Andersen

The parish register lists her birth. She came on the ship John J. Boyd where she married his husband Peder Christian Christensen Andersen. Kirsten's obituary confirms that they came to Utah in 1856. The first documentation to place the family in Utah is the birth of their son Peter Christian born on Oct. 10, 1857. 

According to a family history, they traveled with the Canute Peterson company. More research is needed to determine the accuracy of this notion.
