Kjersten Sorensen
Kjersten came to Utah in either 1863 or 1864. She likely came in 1863, the year she took a PEF loan for her emigration and sailed to America. But the first documentation to place her in Utah are church ordinances performed in January 1865 which was prior to the arrival of that season's emigration. Further research is needed to narrow the year of her travel.In some sources her given name is spelled "Kirstein."
