Levi Orson Alamander Colvin
Levi married Mary Ann Emeline Davis in April 1850 at Cobourg, Hamilton Township, North Ontario, Canada. The first documentation to place them in Utah is a child born January 1851 which was prior to the arrival of that season's emigration. Further research is needed to identify the name of the pioneer company with which they traveled.
A history, written by Levi himself, can be seen on the "Memories" section of his entry on FamilySearch. In that document, he states the following: "I started on the 1st day of May, 1850 from Pisgah with my wife, her mother and her youngest sister for the valley of the mountains. 10 September 1850 arrived in Salt Lake Valley . . .
