Lillie Simons

The Simons family is seen in Missouri at the time of the 1860 census (enumerated 4 August 1860) and in Payson at the time of rebaptisms performed on 19 April 1863, which was prior to that year's emigration season. Her sister Emily's obituary confirms that they traveled to Utah in 1861.

It is assumed that because of her young age, Lillie was with the rest of the family in 1861. However, the first known documetation to place her in the Valley is the 1870 census where she is seen living with her brother, Quincey, in Payson Utah.
