Louisa King

Arriving in New York on 23 May 1855 via the ship S. Curling, Louisa traveled as single woman. Her age is misrepresented on ship records. In all records in which she gave her birth date (Ward records in both Millcreek and the 13th Ward), it is recorded as 29 November 1828. However, christening records indicate that the actual date of birth may have been 30 November 1827.

She married George Williams prior to a rebaptism date of 15 March 1857 in the Millcreek Ward.
