Louisa and her husband George traveled to America on the ship Marshfield arriving in New Orleans on 29 May 1854.
They came to Utah between 1854 and 1857. The first documentation to plalce them in Utah are church ordinances performed in August 1857. Further research is needed to narrow the year of their travel.
