The 1850 Utah census shows the family's surname as "Cliff."

Her death certificate shows her name as "Ellen Lovia Jacobs Reed," and her birth date is listed as 8 July 1849.  FamilySearch shows her birth date as 28 July 1849, so further research is needed to confirm her correct birth date.
