Lucy Diantha Morley
4 October 1815 – 19 October 1908. Born in Kirtland, Geauga, Ohio. Daughter of Isaac Morley and Lucy Gunn. Family affiliated with Presbyterian church. Baptized into Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by Parley P. Pratt, 15 Nov. 1830. Married Joseph Steward Allen on 2 September, 1835 in Clay County, Missouri by the Prophet Joseph Smith. Moved to Lima, Hancock county, Illinois in February 1839. Moved to Nauvoo, Illinois in 1840. Immigrated to Salt Lake Valley with the Brigham Young Company in late September 1848. Moved to North Bend, Sanpete, Utah Territory in October 1849. Moved to help settle the valley along the Muddy River (Nevada) in the western and southern part of the Utah Territory in 1866. Moved to Orderville, Kane County, Utah in 1880's. Died October 19, 1908 in Orderville, Kane County, Utah at age 93.
