Lydia Catherine first came to Utah as a single woman with her parents and siblings in 1852 with the Joel Edmunds pioneer company.  She married Chester Kise Haskell in Utah in 1853 and they went to California, returning to Utah with the Nathan C. Tenney pioneer company in 1858.  

Her death certificate confirms her birth and death dates.
