Was a member of Zion's Camp in 1833. In 1847 he went on a mission to Great Britain. He returned in 1848 and was one of the early settlers in Kanesville. He came to Utah in 1860, and died Sept 1, 1893 in Smithfield, Cache, Utah (Deseret News of Sept. 9, 1893)
