Magdalena Hafen

Anna Katharina and her daughter Magdalena arrived in New York on 11 June 1866 via the ship Caroline. Although only Anna's name is listed (as K. Hafen for her middle name), as head of household. The notation that she purchased two adult food rations for the journey indicates her daughter was with her for that portion of the journey as well. 

Her name is "Lena" on the 1866 ship manifest and in PEF records.
