Magdalena Schneider

Magdalena  married Heinrich Reiser in Salt Lake on 9 March 1861, which was prior to the arrival of that season's emigration.  This confirms her arrival in Utah in 1860.  Further research is needed to determine the name of the pioneer company with which she traveled to Utah.

Her birth and death dates are confirmed by the inscription on her gravestone, which shows her name as "Magdalena Schneider Reiser."  Her obituary also confirms her death date.

The 1870 Utah census shows her name as "Maclina Rasir."
