Terry's account indicates she was traveling with her three sons. She had more than three. Richard was very young at the time an is seen in her household in the 1860 census, so it is assumed he was one of the three. John is confirmed as having traveled in 1857 so it is likely he was another. Further research is needed to determine who the third son was.
