Martha Ann Phelps
Circumstantial evidence from church records proves members of Morris Phelps's family traveled to Utah in 1851. The Phelps children were blessed in Alpine on 9 May 1852, several months prior to the arrival of the Mormon emigrant companies in 1852.
Martha Ann's birth and death dates are confirmed by the inscription on her gravestone in Idaho and the Idaho, Southeast Counties Obituaries.
