Martha Ellen Evans

Martha traveled to Utah with her grandmother, Esther Twigg and her aunt, Ann Twigg. PEF records indicates her age and residence in 4th Ward.  They sailed to America in 1868 on the ship Colorado, and the ship manifest shows her name as "Martha Twigg."

The inscription on her gravestone and her death certificate show her birth date as 14 July 1859, and her death date as 6 October 1938.
