Mary Crosby

Mary was an African American woman enslaved by Elizabeth Coleman Crosby. 

Mary's age was listed as 18 in "John Brown's company of 10, report, 1848 June."

Family tradition states that Elizabeth Coleman Crosby died on 18 February 1849. In the 1850 Slave Schedule, William Crosby owned a slave named Mary. There is a possibility that the two slaves are the same person.
