Mary Ann Ashdown

Sources from emigration, newspaper, and church (Perpetual Emigration) records prove that the Ashdown family came to Utah in 1861.  Her birth date is confirmed by the inscription on her gravestone.

From the Life of William Neves by Dinah Alice Neves, his daughter puts them in the 1861 Ira Eldredge Company.

Her birth date is confirmed by her death certificate and her surname is "Garrett" on the death certificate and Find A Grave website.
