Mary Ann Barker

William, Mary Ann, Ann, John, and Margaret sailed to America in 1848 on the ship Anglo American. Another John Bond, age 26, is listed with the family on the ships manifest. His connection to the family has yet to be determined. The Saints by Sea database incorrectly lists the family as having sailed on the Arkwright.

In 1860, the Bond family was living in Utah, according to census records. Her birth date and death date are confirmed by the inscriptions on her gravestone.
