New FamilySearch gives her birth date as 19 March 1837, but her death certificate lists her birth date as 19 March 1840. The 1900 and 1910 Utah census both record her year of birth as 1840.
The 1850 Utah census shows her name as "Polly Perkins," and this is the name she gave when she was rebaptized in Salt Lake City on 19 July 1849.
Her obituary confirms her arrival in Utah in 1848.
