Mary Dusall

Mary crossed the Atlantic on the ship International with her daughter (Sarah) and son (Edgar) in 1853.  Although she isn't listed on the Gates company roster, her daughter, Ellen, later wrote that she traveled in the same company as her children. For some inexplicable reason, Mary's name is on the Claudius V. Spencer Company roster. The Gates and Spencer companies departed from Keokuk, Iowa, on the same date. The Gates roster, dated 11 Sept 1853, is more detailed than the Spencer roster.  Mary was re-baptized at Salt Lake City 13 November 1853.
