Her name is listed as "Mary Jones" on the Journal History roster.
Mary also has a daughter by the name of Elisabeth Cole, born 19 June 1827, whose name appears on FamilySearch and the Nauvoo Community Project website. We have not been able to confirm that she survived the journey and arrived in Utah, and her name does not appear on the Journal History roster with other family memebers. FamilySearch shows Elizabeth's death date as 13 March 1905, but that is actually the death date of Mary's daughter, Sarah Cole.
