Mary Jane Hatch
Daughter of Layton Jacob Hatch and Eliza Jane Hardy. Her father had property in Salt Lake City in 1849 but the family was on the Middle Fork of the American River, California at the time of the 1850 federal census, Additional research is needed to identify the exact year she crossed the plains and the name of the pioneer company with which she traveled.
