Mary Mitchell

Samuel and Mary sailed to America in 1845 on the ship Palmyra, and they were married while at sea. 

Her death certificate shows her name as "Mary Pitchforth," and it confirms her birth and death dates.

Note that her surname is incorrectly spelled "Pitchfork" in her obituary.
