Merab Banks
Her name has been variously documented as "Marab" and "Amariah." Evidence from emigration, census, and church (Endowment House) records proves the Banks family traveled to Utah in 1850. The 1850 and 1860 censuses identify gender as male, but the 1870 census makes it clear that the gender of this individual is female.
