Ole Jorgensen
Ole arrived in New York on 18 July 1866 via the ship Humboldt. He later married Emma Guttormsen, who also traveled in Andrew Scott's overland company. It is uncertain if she and Ole married before they left on the trail or after they arrived in the Valley. Both Ole and Emma's sister, Matilda, are listed as heads of household on the company records and purchased two adult food rations for the overland portion of the journey. Further research is needed to determine if Ole's or Matilda's extra food ration was meant for Emma and who the 4th food ration was meant for.
