Amanda came with her mother Sally Rae Whitlock Rogers.

Her birth and death dates are confirmed by her death certificate, which shows her name as "Ormanda Azelia Oviatt Barney."  According to FamilySearch, she was adopted by Henry Herman Oviatt and Sally Ray Whitlock.
