Parley Pratt Driggs
He first came to the Valley as a child with his family, but he is seen on the plains again several years later as a teamster for the 1866 Chipman out-and-back company from the Pleasant Grove Ward.
Secondary and indirect sources state and infer that Parley was born sometime between 1842 and 1844. However, the 1900 Census states that Parley was born 30 November 1844.
