Married first Norman Buell, 6 Jan. 1827, likely in Jefferson Co., New York. Resided in Mannsville, Jefferson Co., for first few years of marriage. Moved to Lewis Co., New York, ca. 1829; to Ellisburg, Jefferson Co., by 1830; to Lorraine, Jefferson Co., ca. 1834; and to Kirtland, Geauga Co., Ohio, spring 1836. Baptized into Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1 June 1836, in Kirtland. Moved to Fishing River, Clay Co., Missouri, by 1838. Settled between Quincy, Adams Co., Illinois, and Nauvoo, Hancock Co., Illinois, fall 1840. Plural wife of JS, sealed on 11 Dec. 1841. Joined Female Relief Society of Nauvoo, 19 Apr. 1842. Married third Heber C. Kimball, 1845, in Nauvoo. Left first husband, May 1846. Lived in Winter Quarters, unorganized U.S. territory (later in Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska), 1846–1847. Migrated to Salt Lake Valley, 1848. Joined board of health in Salt Lake City, ca. 1851. Moved to Springville, Utah Co., Utah Territory, 1858. Moved to Provo, Utah Co. Moved to Salt Lake City Seventeeth Ward, ca. spring 1859, and to Salt Lake City Sixteenth Ward, ca. fall 1859. Appointed secretary of Sixteenth Ward Relief Society at its organization, 15 June 1868. Died in Salt Lake City.
