Son of Sarah Ann Kelley. He was a son from Sarah's first marriage to Almon Bathrick. He then seems to have taken on the surname of a step-father, Nicholas Kelley. Parley and his mother appear in the 1850 census of El Dorado County, California. According to the Nauvoo Community Project he died at Vienna, Maries County, Missouri.
