Rhoda Irene George

Rhoda traveled from England with her family on the ship The Ellen Maria, arriving in New Orleans on 6 March 1853. She is documented in Utah later. Her name does not appear on the overland company roster. However, there is a Robert George listed. It is likely that name was inaccurately written and actually is referring to Rhoda. She was an infant at the time. It is very unlikely that she did not travel with her family.

Her name is "Rhoda R. Neder" on her death certificate.  She married Phillip Neder.
