The book, The Crowthers of Fountain Green, Utah, suggests that they were members of the Israel Evans Company. However, the book also indicates that the family left for Utah in June 1857. The departure date matches that of the Jesse B. Martin Company. The Israel Evans Company departed for Utah in May. More research is needed to determine their assigned company.
