Rosina Hayball

Rosina crossed the plains with her father, mother, and siblings. Her given name is listed as "Rose" in Deseret News and on the Mumford passenger list. Her married name was Rosina Simmonds. Her birth and death date are confirmed by the dates listed on her death certificate.

The Sampson family sailed to America in 1868 on the ship Emerald Isle.         

Her death certificate shows her name as "Rosina H. Simmonds."
