The Varley family sailed to America in 1849 on the ship Zetland.

Evidence from church records proves that the Varley family traveled to Utah in 1851. Sarah was re-baptized 9 November 1851 at Salt Lake City.  Further research is needed to determine the name of the company they traveled with.
