Birth date is confirmed by Seventeenth Ward records at the time of a rebaptism on 30 September 1859. That rebaptism is the first documentation to place her in the Valley, though, she likely traveled with her son, Jacob, who was also rebaptized in the Seventeenth Ward on that date.

She died with the married name of Abbott.
