Sarah Jane Ivie
Evidence from censusl records proves that the Sarah Jane traveled to Utah sometime between 1851 and 1855. She appears on the 1850 Illinois census. The first documentation to place her in Utah is the 1856 Utah census which was taken in February 1856, before the arrival of that season's emigration. Further research is needed to determine the year she came to Utah and the name of the company she traveled with.
