Sarah Knight

Her birth and death dates are confirmed by her death certificate and gravestone.  Her death certificate shows her name as "Sarah Jolley," and the inscription on her gravestone shows "Sarah K. Jolley."

The 1850 Texas census shows her as "Sarah Knight," and the 1860 Utah census shows her name as "Eliza Jolly."  The 1870 Utah census shows her as "Sarah Fairbanks."
