Daughter of William and Elizabeth Hughes Jones. She probably crossed the plains with her parents arriving in Utah before 5 January 1851. Further research is needed to determine the year they came and the name of the company with which they traveled. She is Sarah Mills, wife of Daniel S. Mills, of Washington, Alameda, California in the 1860 federal census.
