Tarlton Blair

Birth date confirmed by Millcreek Ward records at the time of a baptism on 20 December 1857. This was also the first documentation to place Tarlton in the valley. Tarlton likely traveled from California with his brothers, Carlton and Harrison, and Harrison's family.

Further research is needed to narrow the year of his travel and identify the name of the company he traveled with.
