William Cook Blanchard
The Blanchard family came to Utah in 1851. Their names appear on the 1850 Iowa census, which was taken 4 October 1850. The first documentation which places them in Utah is the rebaptism of Frances on 12 October 1851 in Salt Lake City. Further research is needed to determine the name of the pioneer company they traveled to Utah with.
