William Duggins

William received a Patriarchal Blessing from Isaac Morely at Fort Herriman, Utah on 3 November 1854.  His name first appears in the records of the Utah Territorial Militia at Fillmore, Millard County on 28 April 1855.  At the time of the 1856 Utah Territorial census he was still in Millard County.
