William Ellis Banks
The Banks family came to Utah between 1857 and 1859. They likely came in 1857, the year the Saints were called back to Utah from San Bernardino because of the Utah War. They had a child born in San Bernardino in April 1857 and a daughter married in Utah in December 1859.
