William J. Ross
The Ross family arrived in New York on 14 July 1868 via the ship John Bright. First documentation to place them in the valley is a rebaptism performed in the Sugarhouse Ward on 23 November 1868. Birth date was recorded at the time of this ordinance. Further research is needed to identify the name of the overland company the family traveled with.
