William Price Young

Birth date from Early Church Information File.  Although his obituary says he "came to Utah in 1847, "William and his wife Emma actually crossed the Atlantic on the ship Jersey in 1853 and both were in Utah by early 1854.  William consecrated money to the Church on 16 April and Emma received a Patriarchal Blessing on 18 March.  In 1855 William helped build the original fort at Las Vegas and pioneer the route to San Bernardino.
