Notes
1850 United States Census. Iowa, Pottawattamie County. Three of his sisters traveled on the William Morgan Company, but William and his sister, Sage, does not appear on the roster with them. Further research is needed to determine which company they traveled with. On the 1849 passenger list of the ship Buena Vista the surname is spelled "Treharn" and in the 1850 Iowa census it is spelled "Freehern".
